Former Microsoft executive with dual US/Irish citizenship and a proven record managing strategic fundraising and capitalization for organizations. His career includes one major M&A and two IPO events — iManage ($2.5B) and Timeline ($750M). Currently Managing Partner & CEO of Bridge View Capital, a capital raising and M&A/IPO advisory firm for early and mid-stage companies, following prior roles as Managing Partner of Curo Capital (impact VC), CEO of VOISE Inc., and Founder/CEO of Ascension Partners and TellX.
